This past monday I start a new weight loss plan. After deciding to jump onto the low carb bandwagon, I have three things to say.
1. Never hungry
2. still excersing
3. omg ... in two days I've lost 4 pounds!!!
Simply AH-MAZING!! I am so positive now that for me, all carbs are pure poision. This lifestyle is going to change my life and I hope that I can continue and reach my goal of 150. My mini goal is 200 by november 11th ( performance) I am 216 now... so wish me luck!!!
